Cancellation policy for ALL BOOKINGS / PACKAGES – LEISURE, HAJJ & UMRA

PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE RULES BELOW - NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE ENTERTAINED


Visa and service fee (‘CPA’) Notice

No refund on visa and processing fee


1. Flights - airlines rules

1. FINAL PAYMENT AND TICKETING
1.1 All tickets must be paid in full no later than 45 days before departure date.
1.2 All tickets must be issued no later than 30 days before departure date.
1.3 The tickets are not changeable and non – refundable after they have been issued (unless otherwise stated).


2. CHANGES

2.1 Any change requested by you regarding the date of travel, itinerary or flight, for one or more of the passengers will be subject to a revised fare at our sole discretion.


3. PARTIAL CANCELLATION

3.1 Up to 90 days prior to departure
Resizing after booking results in re-evaluation of the fare and may result in an increase of fare.
According to the number of cancelled tickets, an equivalent percentage of the non – refundable deposit is charged as a fee for cancellation.
3.2 From 45 to 30 days (issuance deadline) prior to departure penalty of 20% of the applicable fare.
3.3 After ticket issue: tickets are subject to cancelation/refund fees according to fare rule. Page 3 of 4


4. TOTAL CANCELLATION

4.1 Up to 60 days prior to departure: penalty 20% non – refundable deposit.
4.2 From 45 to 30 days (ticket issuance deadline) prior to departure: penalty of 25% of the applicable fare.
4.3 After ticket issue: tickets are subject to cancelation/refund fees according to fare rule.


5. NO – SHOW (72 hours before departure)

5.1 No-show fee will be 100% of the applicable fare on the no-show leg.


6. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRANSPORT

6.1 Travel on our flights is subject to the airline’s applicable contract of carriage and general terms and conditions governing passengers and baggage and all applicable fare rules and restrictions.
6.2 Prices and Seats by AIRLINE are guaranteed subject to program modification, e.g. change of schedule or seat capacity, or through a unforeseen force majeure, e.g. fuel cost increase or rate of exchange
6.3 If AIRLINE have a program modification, the following proposals are available:
The sats will be offered on first availabile flight matching the same fare.
The client may choose a new date of travel and the price will be renegotiated (subject to availability). 9.4 Fares, taxes and all conditions are subject to change without prior notice and with no liability on Airline in accordance with International Conventions regulations governing the industry.


7. Force Majeure

Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected, or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss, as a result of “force majeure”. In these Booking Conditions, “force majeure” means any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity or actual threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control. 17) Responsibility and Limitation of Liability Sure Mirage Travel act as agents only for local and international ground operators and airlines and accordingly accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or any other irregularity howsoever arising. Sure Mirage Travel makes every effort to ensure that all the arrangements and services connected with a passenger’s itinerary will be carried out as specified in the most efficient and effective way possible. However, we do not have direct control over the provision of services by suppliers and, whilst they are in all cases selected with the utmost care, we do not accept liability for errors and omissions of such suppliers. The contract in use by such suppliers (which is often constituted by the ticket Issued by the Principal), shall constitute the sole contract between the supplier and the client and any right of recourse the client may have, will be solely against the supplier.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

All passengers under 18 years of age are required to travel with an unabridged birth certificate, in addition to a valid passport, with effect from 01 October 2014. It is the responsibility of travellers to familiarize themselves with the new Immigration Act detailing the regulations of minors departing from, transiting and returning to South Africa.


Sure Mirage Travel will not be held responsible if your child is denied boarding due to non compliance of the above.
